Meh, most good games now are switching over to the two-disk system. The last three I bought (BF3, Forza 4, Halo 4) all had two disks, so I imagine that with the amount of content they are promising GTA V will be no different.
As for hard drive space, you really do need to get the larger drives. Yea it's a pain that they aren't included from the start, but it's just something you have to live with.
Just got this email from my brother. Really sums up how we both feel about the election.
Another part of his email brought up a story that no one has really talked about. Interesting, because we're going to need a new flag if the story carries through.
Nah, the people I know are the kinds of people who know so little about politics they barely know the party platforms. They just wanted to seem 'educated' by tweeting about the election.
In fact, they've already stopped tweeting about the election because the big thing now (as opposed to an hour ago) is the fact that Colorado is the first state to legalize recreational marijuana.
I think that's one of the overlooked elements of a really good driver. Honestly, I bet all of the drivers (at least the non-pay ones) are almost exactly the same pace if they have the car driving like they want it to. It's the ability to fix a car you don't like or adapt yourself to the car's style that makes good drivers truly great.
I feel like that's something Button did that Kovalainen didn't. As for Hamilton, I know the McLaren has been slow at times but I feel like he hasn't had the sort of experience with this that other drivers have. Hopefully we'll get to see how he deals with it at Mercedes next year.
Not that I agree with Racer X, but as my brother put US elections to his friends in South Africa, "The only real scandal in the US elections is if you actually show up to the polls."
Is it just me or do they both slam on the throttle and spin their tyres trying to finish, which just creates a massive amount of smoke that makes the crash so bad.
Sorry for shit quality, but my family got off easy with just this. Definitely won't be power for a few days, probably the whole week. Al that white sky behind the first picture use to be tree canopy, but now my neighbors have 4 trees down in their yard.
edit: official word is no power for 7-10 days for my home town. Man it's good to be in college.
I'm going to raise your another dose of cynicism and say that the death toll will be noted, but only for a few weeks. In the end, all anyone really remembers is money and how much this storm is going to cost them.
Honestly though, my town has completely shut down. No power and roads are blocked by fallen trees. Apparently a tree on our property missed my family's home by only a few feet and this storm is far from over.
My Uni hasn't cancelled classes, but wind is already picking up here (near Albany, NY) and the rain is starting. Just checked the weather advisory for here and they say 30-40 mph winds in the Hudson River Valley and 60-75 mph on hills, right where my Uni is. I'll be damned if I'm in class tomorrow.
Family in NJ have bunkered down pretty well. Mom cooked the whole weeks food already, Dad got out the generator and my brother is off from school for at least two days. The power there will either be knocked out or shut down for repairs from storm damage, it goes down routinely even in light thunderstorms. While we won't get any flooding, when the power goes down most of our neighbors will get a decent bit of water in their basement. The real issue for my family is going to be falling branches as many of the trees around our house are loaded with dead branches (some of which are at least 20 feet long and plenty heavy) that are bound to fall from the wind.
Hit 170 kph with a load going down a hill. Few moments later I had to swerve to avoid a car, ran off the road and directly into a guard rail. Instant 65% damage and a ruined bank account.
edit: What's the fastest truck and where can I find a dealership for it?
